Irwin Mitchell is concerned for holidaymakers who have recently returned from their holidays at the Club Jandia Hotel in Fuerteventura.

Reports on consumer review websites such as Trip Advisor suggest that guests have suffered with gastric illness symptoms including diarrhoea and abdominal pains. One holidaymaker has reported that there were at least 25 others at the resort who were experiencing illness and suggested that some guests were hospitalised die to dehydration.

Despite some positive reviews on the website, our international personal injury team would like to investigate the hotel following occasions of substandard quality food which was often served lukewarm. There has also been a report that the swimming pool was dirty and there have also been sightings of cockroaches in hotel rooms.
