WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY
"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Club Mac Alcudia, 2016
We've been contacted by holidaymakers who suffered gastrointestinal illness following their stay at the Club MAC Alcudia Resort in Majorca, Spain, during June and July 2016. Their symptoms included diarrhoea, abdominal pain and vomiting.
The tourists reported that much of the food served in the hotel restaurant appeared to have been uncovered for periods of time and was often not served at the correct temperature. They also complained that some of the food, such as burgers, looked undercooked. They also said that food often appeared to have been reused to be served on more than one occasion; some of the it seemed to have been reheated, including the chips, chicken nuggets and sausages. The holidaymakers were aware of others suffering with illness at the hotel. Our International Personal Injury team also noted their concern back in May when they saw reports on various consumer review sites stating similar concerns about lukewarm food.
If you also travelled to the Club MAC Alcudia in Spain and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases of such nature and could help you claim compensation.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
