Club MAC Alcudia, Majorca, 2015
Irwin Mitchell’s International Personal Injury team is concerned to learn of guests suffering from symptoms of gastric illness after stays at the Club MAC Alcudia in Majorca this year.
Despite some positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell has heard reports that some of the burgers at the hotel were “undercooked and grey”. Another holidaymaker described some of the fruit and salad as “brown and dried up”. One guest said that some of the leftover food was reheated and made into a stew type dish and reported that their family, including a four-year-old boy, all contracted gastric illness following their stay at the hotel.
Another holidaymaker said that some of the fresh bed linen used to change their beds had blood stains on and the pillow had makeup on it. This guest also stated that the metal frames around their bathroom doors, toilet brush and mirrors were filthy.
If you have also travelled to the Club MAC Alcudia and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we would like to hear from you.
