Club Mac Alcudia

International personal injury lawyers from Irwin Mitchell have been instructed by a holidaymaker who fell ill while staying at the Club Mac Alcudia in Spain.

The guest has reported suffering from gastric illness, a condition which can have symptoms including abdominal cramps and diarrhoea. In the most severe cases long term complications can arise such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Despite some positive reviews on consumer review websites, holidaymakers have suggested that the food provided at the hotel was disappointing and of a poor quality. The food has been described as “basic” and was reportedly sometimes served cold.

One guest has raised concerns stating that on one occasion, food was left out since lunchtime. A visitor has advised that their room was very dirty while another holidaymaker described a large ant presence in their room.

If you have also stayed at the Club Mac Alcudia and subsequently experienced symptoms of illness, we would like to hear from you.
