Complejo Calas De Mallorca, 2016

We're concerned to hear about illness among guests at the Complejo Calas de Mallorca in Spain, during holidays taken between June and August 2016.

Despite positive reviews of the resort online, our International Personal injury team has also been made aware that some holidaymakers became ill with gastric symptoms during their stays there. One tourist says that they sometimes saw "fresh food being added to existing food already in the trays"; another claimed that they saw members of staff "getting the pasta and veg and fruit with their bare hands and serving it out". Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness Irwin Mitchell know first-hand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, with sometimes permanent long term complications arising such as Post infective Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

If you also travelled to the Complejo Calas de Mallorca in Spain and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases of this nature, and could help you make a claim for compensation.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
