Irwin Mitchell is concerned to receive reports of illness at the Costa Caleta Hotel in Spain from September 2013.
Irwin Mitchell has once again been approached by a number of holidaymakers who stayed at the Costa Caleta Hotel in Spain who returned from their holidays complaining of severe gastric illness.
Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that some food such as fish was not served at the correct temperature. Food was seen left uncovered for long periods of time and some food was not being replaced properly, with guests observing new food being added on top of existing food.
Holidaymakers have complained of suffering from symptoms including diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps.
Irwin Mitchell have also previously acted for clients who holidayed at the Costa Caleta Hotel in 2012, who also fell ill with similar symptoms, allegedly as a result of the poor standards of food hygiene at the hotel. Irwin Mitchell is fighting to get compensation for these holidaymakers.
