Globales Binimar Resort, Spain, 2016
We are concerned to hear of guests falling ill with symptoms of gastric illness while on holiday at the Globales Binimar Resort, Spain in July 2016.
Our International Personal Injury team have been contacted by a family of three who travelled to the resort. The family have reported that during their stay, they all developed severe diarrhoea, nausea, sickness, abdominal cramps and lethargy.
The holidaymakers noted that meat was sometimes served lukewarm and on occasions the food was not kept at an adequate temperature. They have advised us that the food was at times of a poor quality and often left uncovered and left out for a long time, which resulted in flies landing on the food.
Certain members of the family are still continuing with illness and have had to seek medical attention on return to the UK.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness, we know first-hand the potential long term conditions that can be associated with it, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
If you also travelled to Globales Binimar Resort in Spain and subsequently suffered symptoms of illness, we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases of this nature and could help you claim compensation.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
