Globales Tamaimo Tropical, 2015

The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that guests have become ill whilst staying at the Globales Tamaimo Tropical, in Spain, between July and August 2015.

Despite positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell has learnt that guest contracted gastric symptoms whilst staying at the resort. Holidaymakers have reported that some of the food was cold and appeared to be re-heated from previous sittings.

Furthermore, guests have claimed that there was an infestation of cockroaches and ants at the hotel and described that the toilets near the pool as “always blocked and stank of raw sewage”.

Other holidaymakers reported falling ill with a stomach bug and said that numerous others were affected by the illness. One visitor also described being bitten by bed bugs and had to be prescribed medication for the bites on their return home to the UK.

If you also travelled to the Globales Tamaimo Tropical Hotel in Spain and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
