Our International Personal Injury team is concerned to learn of recent reports of guests becoming ill during their stay at the H10 Rubicon Palace in Spain between January and April 2016. 
Although the hotel has some positive reviews online, the team is also aware of less favourable reports regarding holidaymakers who suffered gastric illness during their stay. One tourist claims that some of the food was “undercooked” - such as “pork, fish and chicken”; another says that sometimes there were birds in the canteen area. Other guests report falling ill with gastric symptoms.
