The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell has been instructed by a holidaymaker who became ill after staying at the Hi! Binimar Apartmentos in Spain this year.
Despite some positive reviews on consumer review websites, our client has reported that the food was of poor quality and new food was often added to existing dishes. The guest has also stated that some of the food was undercooked and the swimming pool was unclean and littered.
Other holidaymakers who have stayed at the resort have described that some of the food, such as the sausages, were raw in the middle. It has also been suggested that the hotel rooms smelt of damp.
The visitor who contracted our international personal injury experts said that they fell ill with gastric symptoms including diarrhoea, sickness and reported that at least one child needed hospital treatment due to the severity of their symptoms.
