HL Paradise Island, 2017

The International Personal Injury Team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned by recent reports of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms during holidays taken at the HL Paradise Island in Spain between May and August 2017.

Despite positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell have seen reports made by holidaymakers who fell ill during a stay at the hotel. One holidaymaker claims that some of the food was “uncovered and never very warm”. Others report falling ill with gastric symptoms.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness we know the long term effects that it can potentially cause, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

If you also travelled to the HL Paradise Island in Spain and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
