Despite positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell have learnt of seen complains by holidaymakers following a stay at the hotel.

Holidaymakers have reported that some of the food served in the hotel restaurant was of poor quality and that there was a poor selection of food available. Other holidaymakers have also commented that food was sometimes served cold. There are also reports of cockroaches in the hotel and the restaurant.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools.
