Hotel Jupiter, Majorca
Irwin Mitchell is acting for numerous clients who stayed at the Hotel Jupiter during the month of May in 2011.
A family who were staying at this hotel had a terrible time as they were affected with symptoms of diarrhoea, stomach cramps and nausea. We have been told that ants and birds were constantly seen in and around the dining area.
The standard of food hygiene was said to be poor as meats were served at the correct temperature and old food was being topped with new food instead of being replaced.
Here at Irwin Mitchell we are concerned for holidaymakers as we are aware of previous problems at this hotel. Irwin Mitchell is currently acting for clients who stayed at this hotel in 2008 and 2009. We have previously acted for clients who holidayed at this hotel from 2000 to 2003. We are concerned to hear that there continue to be problems.
