We've become aware of reports on various consumer review websites about holidaymakers having suffering with gastric illness during their stays at the Hotel Monarque Fuengirola Park in Spain during March and April 2016.
Despite some positive reviews on Trip Advisor, holidaymakers have complained of suffering from gastric symptoms during their stay. One guest described how they had suffered repeated episodes of diarrhoea and vomiting.
Some holidaymakers have complained about the cold food that was served to them on some occasions. One noticed the chef adding fresh food to existing food and described the food as ‘disgraceful’. Further complaints were made about the chipped plates and dirty cutlery that they witnessed on some occasions.
