Hotel Rosamar, 2013
Irwin Mitchell have been instructed by holidaymakers who have returned from the Hotel Rosamar in Benidorm in Spain with gastric illness. It has been reported that guests have suffered from symptoms including diarrhoea, abdominal pains and vomiting.
Some guests were concerned by a number of issues within the hotel. It has been reported that some of the food was served at an incorrect temperature and the lamb was occasionally undercooked. Guests observed potential hygiene problems, such as maids using mops to clean the toilet and then using the same mop to clean the floors. It was also alleged that red mould was seen on the sink in the hotel room.
