Irwin Mitchell’s International Personal Injury team is concerned to learn that guests became ill with gastric symptoms whilst staying at the Insotel Tarida Beach Sensatori Resort, in Spain, between August and September 2015.
Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that some of the food was repetitive and undercooked, with one guest claiming that they had to send food back twice at the Italian restaurant. Another visitor has expressed that they were served raw food including fish, eggs and burgers.
Some guests have raised concerns regarding the resort’s sewage system, describing that there was a smell of sewage in the air.
A number of holidaymakers have reported feeling ill whilst on their holidays, including a pregnant woman. Guests have described suffering with symptoms such as diarrhoea and stomach cramps.
