The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that guests fell ill with gastric symptoms whilst staying at the Invisa Hotel Ereso, in Spain, between August and September 2015.
Despite some positive reviews on consumer review websites, holidaymakers have claimed that the food was substandard, suggesting that items such as turkey and eggs were undercooked. A number of guests report suffering from illness symptoms including diarrhoea and stomach cramps.
Hygiene concerns have also arisen relating to the resort, one guest reporting that there were blood-like stains on the tablecloth.
Other visitors have described that a young boy toppled out of his highchair twice because the wooden legs slipped on the tiled floor.
