Lanzasur Splash Resort
Irwin Mitchell’s International Personal Injury Team are concerned to learn of recent reports of gastric illness at the Lanzasur Splash Resort. Holidaymakers have reported that they suffered from gastric illness symptoms including diarrhoea and sickness.
Despite positive reviews holidaymakers who stayed at the hotel in July 2014 report that some of the food such as burgers and hot dogs appeared to be undercooked and were not served at the correct temperature. They were described as being left out for long periods of time and were on occasions found to be quite hard and rubbery. Holidaymakers also report that pest control appeared to be a problem with cockroaches on occasions being seen near the pool bar area and also in their hotel rooms. Guests have also criticised the attitude of tour representatives who on occasions were slow to react to simple requests and lacked compassion or empathy.
