Marconfort Beach Club Hotel, Spain

Irwin Mitchell has been contacted by holidaymakers who suffered with illness following their stays at the Marconfort Beach Club Hotel in May 2015.

The holidaymakers suffered with symptoms of diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal pain and were all aware of others at the same hotel who suffered with similar symptoms.

The guests have raised concerns relating to the general quality of the hotel restaurant. They have stated that some of the food appeared to have been served on more than one occasion and did not seem to be replaced often. Much of the food was not covered and there were often flies around the dishes. The cutlery, table linen and crockery were all reported as being dirty on some occasions.
