Specialist international personal injury lawyers at Irwin Mitchell have been instructed by holidaymakers following their stays at the Marinda Garden Club, Menorca, in May 2015.
Irwin Mitchell has heard how a family travelled to the hotel for their first holiday together but unfortunately two of the group started to suffer with illness just days into the holiday. They developed symptoms of diarrhoea and vomiting. The holidaymakers have also reported that there was mould and damp in the hotel room, which they complained about to reception with no response.
The family noted that some of the food was served undercooked and noticed that the chicken was sometimes pink inside. They also told us that food was sometimes left uncovered for long periods of time and some of the dishes were replenished by ‘pouring’ hot food on top. Furthermore, birds and flies were frequently seen in the restaurant.
