Pueblo Andaluz, San Pedro de Alcantara
Irwin Mitchell is concerned for the wellbeing of holidaymakers who travelled to the Pueblo Andaluz Hotel, in San Pedro de Alcantara, during the month of September 2010.
It has been reported by holidaymakers that they have contracted symptoms of gastric illness, which is believed to be food poisoning, possibly as a result of the poor quality of food and lack of hygiene procedures practiced at the hotel. Complaints which relate specifically to the food suggest that the food was very repetitive and that the food is reheated and re-presented to guests over a number of days and during a number of sittings.
Irwin Mitchell's International Travel Litigation Group is a highly experienced department who specialise in recovering money on behalf of those who suffered from illness after staying at this hotel.
Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness after staying at this hotel as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.
