The specialist International Travel Litigation team here at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after receiving reports of illness amongst guests at the Benidorm Plaza, Spain during February 2012.
Irwin Mitchell has received instructions from holidaymakers who travelled to the resort who have contracted gastric illness during their stay at the Benidorm Plaza Hotel in February this year. The illnesses contracted could have been as a result of a lack of cleanliness and hygiene procedures adopted by the hotel, and possibly due to a breakdown in food handling procedures.
Irwin Mitchell have received reports of quality complaints made by holiday makers to include issues in respect of levels of food hygiene such as reports of undercooked food and poor quality food served.
