WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY
"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Sol Palmanova, 2016
Our International Personal Injury team is concerned to hear reports of gastric illness among guests staying at the Sol Palmanova in Spain between May and June 2016.
Despite positive reviews online, we've also learnt that some holidaymakers fell ill during their stay at the hotel. One guest claims that some of the food such as the chicken and pork was "undercooked" - while another raised suspicions that "the food was being reserved and re-presented at lunch and dinner". Others report falling ill with gastric symptoms.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness we know first-hand the potential long term consequences that can arise, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
If you also travelled to the Sol Palmanova in Spain and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases of this nature and could help you claim compensation.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
