Spring Arona Gran Hotel

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness amongst holidaymakers staying at the Spring Arona Gran Hotel, Tenerife in 2014.

Two holidaymakers who stayed at this hotel have said how they both fell ill with gastric symptoms. The holidaymakers have reported suffering diarrhoea, vomiting and stomach cramps.

Despite some positive reviews one holidaymaker has reported that some of the food served was undercooked and some food was on occasions not hot enough. The holidaymaker has also said how on occasions they witnessed new trays of food being added to existing trays of food.
