Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of reports by holidaymakers of illness at the Marconfort Beach Club Hotel, in Spain during holidays taken during February, March and May 2013.
Holidaymakers are reporting suffering from symptoms of diarrhoea, sickness and fever.
 One holidaymaker has reported how they reported their illness to the hotel reception staff who apologised but made no attempt to assist. Holidaymakers have reported how a number of guests staying at the hotel were ill.
Despite some positive reviews holidaymakers have raised concerns in relation to some of the food  that should have been hot not being hot enough Other holidaymakers have reported that some food was being left uncovered for long periods of time and that tables were not clean. One holidaymaker has reported that the turkey they were about to eat was raw inside.
Other holidaymakers have reported that the pool and surrounding area was not cleaned.
