Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa, 2016
We're concerned to learn about guests falling ill with gastric symptoms while staying at the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in St. Lucia between February and May 2016.
Although the resort has had positive reviews online, our International Personal Injury team is also aware that some holidaymakers while on holiday there. One tourist reports that some of the food was “lukewarm and sometimes nearly cold”, while another claims that scrambled eggs were “often watery in appearance”. Others say they suffered gastric symptoms; and one individual was diagnosed with e coli.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness, we know first-hand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
If you also travelled to the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in St. Lucia and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases of this nature and could help you make a claim for compensation.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
