Irwin Mitchell has received complaints from holidaymakers who holidayed at Centara Grand in Thailand in April 2010. They fell ill during their stay with an unpleasant gastric illness which ruined their holiday.

The holidaymakers have told us that they fell ill with gastric symptoms including vomiting, diarrhoea and stomach cramps. They have also reported that many other holidaymakers complained of similar symptoms during their stay. Complaints include food being undercooked, food being inadequately heated and the same food being served on more than one occasion.
