Indigo Pearl Hotel

Irwin Mitchell is concerned to read of a report of illness at the Indigo Pearl Hotel, Thailand in August 2012.

One holidaymaker reportedly suffered food poisoning after eating breakfast, which was said to have be “left in the boiling heat for hours” and had “totally decomposed”. A further holidaymaker commented on the “poor standard of breakfast” at the hotel whilst a separate holidaymaker stated that the air conditioning unit in his room constantly leaked onto the floor.

Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you if you have suffered from gastric illness or sustained an injury whilst staying at this hotel.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
