Despite a number of positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell has received a report of a holidaymaker contracting illness after their stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza, Thailand, in June 2013.
The holidaymaker has reported suffering from diarrhoea and vomiting on the third day of their holiday and says that they could not eat anything for two days after their sickness. He also reports having to visit the pharmacy to purchase medication.
