Suvarnabhumi Suite Airport Hotel, Lat Krabang, Bangkok- Thailand

The Specialist Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers staying at the Suvarnabhumi Suite Airport Hotel in Lat Krabang in Bangkok following reports of illness, suspected to be food poisoning, amongst guests staying at the hotel in March 2012.

Being an Airport Hotel, it has been reported that affected guests are having to pay out more money to stay at the hotel as they are currently unfit to fly home.
Reports have indicated that the guests fell ill after eating at the in-house restaurant. Food poisoning gastric illnesses are often characterised by symptoms of diarrhoea, abdominal pain and vomiting.

It is possible that that the illness contracted by guests is a result of a breakdown in food handling and hygiene procedures.

If you also travelled to this hotel and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
