Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of reports of illness at the Caribbean World Hotel, in Tunisia during holidays taken in September 2013.
Irwin Mitchell has previously acted for holidaymakers who became ill after staying at the hotel in 2011.
Despite some positive reports one holidaymaker has reported suffering from salmonella poisoning after staying at the hotel and others have reported similar symptoms of diarrhoea, sickness, severe abdominal cramps and pain.
Whilst the exact cause of the illness is yet to be determined there are concerns that it may be as a result of breakdowns in food handling and hygiene procedures, with other holidaymakers reporting that the hotel was not being kept up to the standard that they expected.
