Irwin Mitchell are concerned to learn of reports of gastric illness at the Chich Khan Hotel, Tunisia 2014.
Despite positive reviews holidaymakers who stayed at the hotel this summer described the hotel as “really terrible and disgusting”. Another holidaymaker said that some of the food was “undercooked or cold” and that their party suffered from “bad diarrhoea”. Other issues regarding the cleanliness of the hotel were also identified such as on occasion sick being left by the pool and rooms smelling damp or fusty. Other holiday makers also report that some of the food was left uncovered and on occasions files were landing on the food.
