Irwin Mitchell has received reports that holidaymakers are making complaints following their holidays taken at the Club Magic Life Penelope Beach Imperial in Tunisia.
Holidaymakers have complained that the food served was of poor quality with the food being left out for long periods of time and the new food being added to pre-existing food. Guests suggested that there was a strong smell of faeces and sewage around the resort. Further complaints suggest that the staff at the resort were rude and unhelpful.
We have received alarming reports that holidaymakers have fell ill with symptoms of stomach cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting. The illness suffered by holiday guests is possibly because of poor food hygiene practised at the Hotel.
