The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to read reports of holidaymakers suffering from illness during their holidays at the Hotel Kanta, Tunisia in July and August 2013.
Despite some positive reviews, some holidaymakers have raised particular complaints about the food notably that some of the food was lukewarm. The food was also described as being left out in the hot weather and there were on occasion lots of flies around the dining area.
