WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY

"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Hotel Les Orangers Beach Resort, Tunisia

It is reported that a number of holidaymakers have fallen ill with sickness, diarrhoea and stomach cramps possibly due to food poisoning following their stay at this hotel. It is likely that there has been a breakdown in food handling and hygiene procedures.

Further complaints suggest that one holidaymaker allege that their child suffered from agonizing stomach pains and a further holidaymaker remains ill and even bedridden due to the extent of the gastric illness.

If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
