Irwin Mitchell is extremely concerned for holidaymakers after receiving reports of gastric illness amongst those holidaying at the Iberostar Safira Palms in Tunisia


Concerning reports suggest reports of illness at the hotel. Guests have returned complaining of upset stomachs. It has been suggested that there was a bug going around the resort and hygiene was a concern.


Reports suggest that the food was not cooked properly and raw eggs and chicken were served to guests at the hotel. As a result many holidaymakers suffered from symptoms of gastric illness after eating food provided by the hotel. This is possibly as a result of the suggested breakdown in food handling and hygiene procedures.
