Vincci Taj Sultan, Tunisia
Irwin Mitchell is concerned for holidaymakers after reading reports of illness amongst guests staying at the Vincci Taj Sultan, Tunisia.
It has been reported that the food at the hotel was of poor quality with the food being served cold and left uncovered for long periods of time without the food being renewed. Guests also reported that the food seemed to be served up on more than one occasion and also noticed that the cutlery was not washed sufficiently.
Further reports suggest that guests suffered with symptoms of diarrhoea, abdominal pain and vomiting. Due to the gastric symptoms, the guests were confined to their hotel rooms which ruined their holiday.
It is possible that that the illness contracted by guests is a result of a breakdown in food handling and hygiene procedures.
If you also travelled to this resort and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
