Mahaba Palace Hotel
Irwin Mitchell is acting for numerous clients who stayed at the Mahaba Palace Hotel in Tunisia during the months of March and April 2011.
Clients report having suffered from gastric illnesses including symptoms of diarrhoea, stomach cramps and vomiting. One client has been diagnosed with Campylobacter and is still suffering from these symptoms. Clients have explained that food in the hotel was left uncovered and that old food was being topped up instead of being replaced. We have also been told that the chicken and eggs that were served in the hotel were undercooked on several occasions.
