Irwin Mitchell’s leading travel litigation group are concerned to receive reports that holidaymakers fell ill with symptoms of diarrhoea and sickness during their stay at the Marhaba Club Hotel in Tunisia during their holidays taken in September and October 2012.
Holidaymakers have reported suffering from diarrhoea and stomach cramps, with some holidaymakers complaining of continuing to suffer symptoms upon their return home.
Despite a number of positive reviews holidaymakers have complained of some food being served lukewarm, undercooked and new food being added to existing food. One holidaymaker has reported witnessing a chef using the same tongs for raw meat and cooked meat.
