Irwin Mitchell’s leading travel litigation group are concerned to read reports that holidaymakers fell ill with symptoms of diarrhoea and sickness during their stay at the Marhaba Hotel in Tunisia on their holidays taken in July 2013.
Despite a number of positive reviews, a holidaymaker has reported that 5 out of 6 members of their party were seriously ill for the majority of the holiday. Although the cause of the illness has not yet been identified, one holidaymaker has reported how the food served believe was poor. Holidaymakers have also raised particular complaints about the communal toilets at the hotel, which were described as ‘disgusting’ and referred to food being of a poor quality.
