Irwin Mitchell is concerned to read of reports of illness at the Riadh Palms Hotel in Tunisia in July 2012.

Two holidaymakers who stayed at the resort both state that they suffered food poisoning and sought medical attention upon their return to the UK.

Holidaymakers have reported falling ill and suffering symptoms of diarrhoea and sickness. Some holidaymakers have referred to seeking medical attention upon their return to the UK.. One holidaymaker stated that the food was often cold and commented that 3 members of his party of 7 fell ill with sickness and diarrhoea. An additional report from a holidaymaker who also stayed at the resort in July commented that his stomach is still not been back to normal a week after returning from holiday. Another holidaymaker reportedly contracted a “severe bug” that left him confined to his hotel room for an unspecified number of days.
