Irwin Mitchell is concerned to read reports of holidaymakers who fell ill during their stay at the Riadh Palms Hotel in Tunisia in October 2013. Having returned from their holidays complaining of illnesses, some holidaymakers required medical treatment on return home to the UK. One guest who stayed at the hotel in June 2013 reported a diagnosis of Salmonella on return to the UK.
Despite some positive reviews, there have been a number of complaints in relation to the food served at the hotel. Holidaymakers have also reported their concerns in regards to the amount of stray cats in the restaurants and flies landing on the food. Furthermore, some holidaymakers have also mentioned that the rooms were ‘very dated’ and ‘staff were rude’.
