The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned to learn of recent reports of illness concerning guests who became ill with gastric illness after holidaying at the Royal Kenz Hotel, Tunisia, this year.
Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that they became ill during their stay, seemingly because of poor hygiene at the hotel. Another guest stated that some of the food was very poor and mostly cold or lukewarm. A fellow visitor warned people to be careful and to check that their food is cooked. Other guests complained that they became violently ill and described the food as hit and miss.
Most recent reports of illness are from 2015, however, Irwin Mitchell has acted for clients who stayed at the Royal Kenz in 2012 and 2010, successfully obtaining compensation for these holidaymakers.
