Soviva Hotel 2013

Irwin Mitchell’s leading travel litigation lawyers are concerned to read reports of guests falling ill during their stay at the Soviva Hotel in Tunisia in October 2013. A holidaymaker reported that she and her husband both suffered from illness.
The holidaymakers say how they had to be near to the toilet because of their symptoms. They also report that they met other holidaymakers who were also ill.
This is not the first time that Irwin Mitchell has represented holidaymakers who have stayed at the Soviva Hotel. Irwin Mitchell acted for more than 150 British holidaymakers who were successful in recovering in excess of £490,000 in compensation after their holidays at the hotel were ruined in the summer of 2002 where several holidaymakers developed various gastric infections such as campylobacter and salmonella.
Irwin Mitchell is currently acting for two holidaymakers who suffered illness during their stay at the resort in 2012.
If you have travelled to this hotel and subsequently suffered from illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
