Irwin Mitchell has been approached by a party of 14 holidaymakers following their stay at the Thalassa Hotel in Tunisia in October 2012.
Irwin Mitchell’s travel law team has received reports from a party of 14 holidaymakers complaining about their stay at the Thalassa Hotel. Complaints include that some of the food was served undercooked and some food was served lukewarm. Further reports suggest that 5 out of the 14 holidaymakers fell ill with gastric symptoms and subsequently their holiday was ruined. This is not the first time that Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness at this hotel as the firm successfully recovered a five figure settlement for a group of holidaymakers who suffered illness here in 2009.
