Irwin Mitchell has been instructed by a family of four who all suffered illness after their stay at the Thalassa Sousse hotel in Tunisia in May 2014.
The family describe suffering from symptoms of diarrhoea and stomach cramps. They report how due to the illness suffered they couldn't enjoy their holiday to the full extent that they had hoped. All four members of the family continued to suffer illness upon return home.
Irwin Mitchell has been advised by a holidaymaker that her family suffered from gastric illness to include diarrhoea and stomach cramps. Despite a number of positive reviews the holidaymaker also described how on occasions birds and cats were seen in and around the restaurant area and on occasions food, in particular chicken, were seen to be pink in the middle as if it not cooked properly.
