Irwin Mitchell has received reports of gastric illness amongst holidaymakers who travelled to the Royal Kenz Hotel, in Tunisia during May 2010.
It is reported that holidaymakers became ill possibly due to the failures in poor food hygiene standards at the hotel.
We have settled a case following which a holidaymaker contracted illness at this hotel following after staying at this hotel in 2002. We also act for two clients whose holidays in 2008 were also ruined by illness.
