Aqua Fantasy Hotel, Kusadasi

It has been reported that holidaymakers are returning from their stay at the Aqua Fantasy, Kusadasi, Turkey in August and September 2009 are suffering with symptoms of gastric illness.
Guests have reported that there were poor food quality controls at the hotel which they believe may have resulted in a breakdown of health and hygiene conditions. In particular, food was left standing for hours and was served cold, also guests report that there were many flies around food in the restaurant and, that human hair was found in baked bread. There are also reports that the hotel appeared to have problems with controlling mosquitoes as guests received numerous bites. Guests also allege that they saw poor cleaning practices at the hotel which may have resulted in many of the guests becoming ill. Many guests experienced diarrhoea, and sickness.
Irwin Mitchell have been contacted by guests who state that they are aware that many people were affected by illness at this hotel.
Irwin Mitchell are also pursuing claims for a significant number of holidaymakers who became ill at this hotel after staying there on various dates during the summer of 2008. Claims are currently being pursued against First Choice.
