Irwin Mitchell’s leading International Travel Litigation Group has received reports that holidaymakers staying at the Barut Hotel Arum in Turkey have returned from their holidays in August 2013, complaining of illnesses.
Despite some positive reviews, recent reports from guests who stayed at the hotel in August suggest that some holidaymakers have suffered from illness following their stay at the hotel.
One family have reported that their son became so ill, that he had to be hospitalised during his stay at the all inclusive hotel. The family who travelled to celebrate their wedding anniversary have now instructed Irwin Mitchell to proceed with legal action, as they claim that their holiday was ruined.
Some holidaymakers have reported that the food at the hotel was being served under cooked and was also left uncovered for long periods of time. One holidaymaker described the quality of the evening meal as "terrible". There have also been various other complaints made in relation to the general cleanliness of the hotel and hotel staff were described as "unhelpful, untrained and inexperienced."
