Irwin Mitchell have received enquiries from guests following an outbreak of gastric illness at the Blue Bay Deluxe Spa Hotel in Marmaris, Turkey for holidaymakers who stayed at the hotel in July 2009.
Various quality issues and breaches of health and hygiene standards are also alleged. These include food being topped up and being left uncovered along with food, in particular eggs, in the hotel restaurant being undercooked.
